Background test
I made the critters' pods out of plasticine, photographed it, and ran some photoshop filters over it. Now the little guys are all moved in! I'm not sure about it though, maybe it's not smooth enough, or maybe it's too photoreal..... the experiments will continue.

Yours is quite cool. im diggin it.
As far as the animation of that dog i just figured it out yesterday. I animated it in flash and exported it as a animated gif. then you just upload that file like you would any other jpeg.
